1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by DDNetwork One ("We," "Us," or "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Services Description
DDNetwork One provides web design and development services as outlined in our Service Packages. These include but are not limited to:
- HTML Only (Static): Basic structure, basic SEO, deployment guidance.
- Front-End Website: Responsive design, contact forms, WhatsApp integration, basic optimization.
- AI Powered Website: All Front-End features plus AI chatbot setup and integration.
We also offer optional add-ons for Domain management and Monthly Maintenance plans. All deliverables are subject to the specific package selected.
3. Client Responsibilities
- The Client must provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) within a reasonable timeframe to begin work.
- The Client must respond to inquiries and approval requests in a timely manner to avoid delays.
- The Client warrants that they have the right to use any trademarks, images, or data provided for the website.
4. Payment Terms
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before the final handover of source files.
For Monthly Maintenance Plans, billing occurs monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of maintenance services.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client owns 100% of the final website source code and design assets created specifically for the project. DDNetwork One retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive for high quality but do not guarantee specific business results such as traffic, leads, or sales. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If terminated by the Client before completion, the Client is liable for payment for all work completed up to that date.
